Production Overview

We will produce a video based the proposal provided to you.

Graphics Logos & Photographs

You should supply graphic files in an editable, vector digital format. You should supply photographs in a high resolution digital format. If you choose to buy stock photographs, we can suggest stock libraries. If you’d like us to search for photographs for you, we can provide a separate estimate for that.

Permits and Releases

Some locations require special permissions and permits for filming. Unless the cost of securing these permits was included in our proposal, you will be responsible for getting them and making sure we have permission to be on location. Some locations require a release to be signed in order to use the footage we shoot. You will also need a signed release from anyone appearing on video. We can provide some standard release forms, but if you have any concerns about the use of the video we shoot, you should consult a legal expert.

Pre-Production

Our creative team will work with you to make sure we will have all the necessary equipment, props, scripts, and personnel for your shoot. We will also help put together a schedule and detailed “shot list” for the day of the shoot. If the scope or needs of the project change in pre-production, a separate estimate will be provided to reflect the changes.

Production

On the day of production we will arrive with plenty of time to set up and be ready for your shoot. We will do our best to stick to the pre-approved schedule, and in turn, you will provide access to the locations and people needed for the shoot.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that every once in a while things can come up that are beyond your control. We hope you understand that if you cancel or reschedule a production, it costs us in lost time, rental fees, etc. You agree to pay for any expenses incurred as a result of rescheduling or cancellation. If you reschedule less than 1 days before the production, you agree to pay an additional $100 fee.
